Our Bid Is Zero

Known as Generation 5, or G5, Our Bid is Zero (OBiZ) is a financial program by which a qualified companies or landowners can start up to the first 50% of a project’s work plan for no initial cost. OBiZ is a new form of ERFS’ proven Pay-for-Performance remediation contracting program since 1998. The OBiZ financial model allows for new business solutions to be applied to stalled projects, especially for developers. OBiZ provides business solutions to:

• avoid expensive restarts to programs
• end the overhead costs of technology selections
• settle law suits
• allow for remediation work before, during or after a transaction or construction
• provide recovery of escrows, grants, tax credits or other delayed funding
• shorten project timelines
